Booking & Membership Policies

• Cancellation / Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session. Late 

cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiting the session.

• Membership Duration

Annual memberships must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.

• Non-Refundable

All memberships, packages, and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

If extenuating circumstances arise, please speak with me directly.

• Auto-Billing

Monthly memberships are automatically billed every 30 days to the card on file.

• Processing Fees

Credit-card processing fees are already included in all monthly membership pricing.

Pay-in-full options do not include processing fees and must be paid at the time of purchase.

• Session Structure

Session time includes intake, hands-on work, and integration, allowing for a regulated and grounded closing to each visit.

• Priority Scheduling

Annual members receive priority scheduling throughout the year.

• Pediatric Sessions

Baby and pediatric sessions may end early if the child shows signs of stress, overwhelm, or fatigue.

This ensures sessions remain supportive and developmentally appropriate.

• Gratuity

Gratuity is not accepted for any service or membership.
